There are a couple places out there where you can get started beta testing video games, here are a few:
GamerTest - I don't make the full $120 an hour... but I get about $10 an hour and I get to test games for free. Its great!
My Personal Favorite - I get about $15 an hour, and this one has some REALLY great games. Its awesome, get payed to play!
